Full Buyer Application invitations sent to the top lottery winners
May 19th-June 5th:
SCHA processing applications and continuously inviting additional applicants as needed

June 5th:
Estimated date for SCHA to send Conditional Buyer Approval letters to Approved Applicants
This date is an estimation and is subject to change.
June 8th:
Estimated date Coldwell Banker’s Team will reach out to approved applicants in list order for unit selection.
– Approved households will be contacted via phone and email when their turn is up to select a unit.
– Households will get a 24 hour period for unit selection.

Late Fall/End of the year:
Estimated End to Construction - Closing period
This is when construction is scheduled to close and units are beginning to have their closing appointments.
Runway Neighborhood 1.1 Lottery Information

The first construction phase of the Runway Neighborhood will have 19 homes with all 5 property types available.
There are three separate lottery options in this phase – Summit School District, Work Only Requirement and Income Restricted Units. Some people may qualify to enter all three.
Please read the requirements carefully for each lottery and decide which ones you qualify for.
