• Income Limit: Gross annual household income is below 120% AMI at 1.5 persons per bedroom size or by actual size of the household, whichever is greater. The max annual gross income at 120% AMI for 3 bedrooms at 1.5 persons per bedroom is $166,020.

Section 8 says, “Buyers of homes are required to meet the definitions and terms of the Restrictive Housing Covenant. If there is a prospective buyer with a disability as defined by the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act, who cannot meet the work in Summit County requirement as defined in the Restrictive Housing Covenant, the Town shall evaluate the situation in detail to determine if a reasonable accommodation can be made in accordance with the Town’s Fair Housing and reasonable accommodation policies. Pre-Lottery Perimeters

1. Individuals working in the Snake River Basin will receive priority in the purchase of the unit for the initial 20 days.
2. If after 20 days more than 1 individual meets the priority to purchase, then a lottery would be held.
